Love this treadmill! Have walked over 10k steps on it each day since I have had it. No issues other than today randomly it threw an error code of E-04 which means the rotor is locked I think, but I can’t find any more information on that. I sent WalkingPad an email asking what that means but we will see. So far, I recommend the used one, but time will tell!

I received the white version rather than the black. This wasn’t a big deal, but it also didn’t work when I plugged it in. I contacted the seller and they sent me a video detailing how to open the treadmill and check the wires. I was a little annoyed because I expected the treadmill to work immediately, but I obliged and lo and behold, there was a wire disconnected that I was able to easily reconnect. It worked after that.
